JOB SUMMARY

Fanscom is seeking a Business Development Supervisor (Contract-base) to drive business growth by actively identifying and acquiring new client opportunities (Hunting), consulting on Advocacy-First solutions, and leading the pitching process. The ideal partner will collaborate closely with the Strategy & Solutions Team to achieve overarching revenue and growth objectives.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. New Client Acquisition (Hunting)

    • Actively research, approach, and engage potential brands to generate high-value qualified leads within the company‘s core solution offerings.
    • Ensure personal strategic benchmarks are met (Minimum baseline: 3 qualified leads/quarter and at least 10 qualified leads/year)
    • Partner strategically with the Strategy & Solutions Team to align client acquisition efforts with the agency‘s master KPIs.

2. Pitching Process Management (Facilitation & Leadership)

    • Take ownership of client briefs, translating them into comprehensive and clear internal briefing documents for cross-functional teams.
    • Coordinate, facilitate, and lead alignment meetings between clients and the internal project team.
    • Collaborate with the internal operations team to streamline legal procedures, ensuring all necessary Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and compliance paperwork are fully executed prior to official pitching sessions.

3. Client Relationship Management & Consultation (Nurture & Consult)

    • Maintain, nurture, and leverage long-term, sustainable relationships with an established network of past partners and prospective clients.
    • Provide deep strategic consultation to persuade clients on Fanscom’s diverse ecosystem (Brand Advocacy, Brand Channels), capitalizing on the competitive advantage of YouNet‘s robust data capabilities.
    • Closely monitor client feedback and collaborate with internal execution teams to optimize pitch-to-win conversion rates.


JOB REQUIREMENT

    • Experience: 3–5 years of proven track record in Business Development or Account Management within Marketing/Digital Agencies (Supervisor-level competency).
    • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the agency landscape, Influencer/KOL Marketing solutions, Social Commerce, or community-building on social media platforms.
    • Network: Possess a strong, active network of brand managers, marketing directors, or procurement decision-makers is highly preferred.
    • Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills. Strong capabilities in leading high-stakes pitches.
    • Mindset: Highly goal-oriented, self-driven, with a sharp eye for market opportunities and a high capacity to handle revenue-driven pressures.
    • Core Values: High sense of ownership, proactiveness, and accountability. A collaborative partner who fosters trust and synergy with the internal Strategy & Solutions Team.

COMPENSATION & WORKING MODEL

    • Working Model: Contract-based / Highly flexible. Remote-first with the requirement to attend critical client pitches, strategy alignment meetings, or project handovers.
    • Compensation: Base salary / Retainer fee combined with an attractive commission structure.
