ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Data Collection & Processing

• Use tools to review and classify social media posts and discussions across various industries.
• Identify valuable information and categorize user feedback, including sentiment analysis, product-related attributes, and other classifications according to project requirements.
• Use software tools to collect and extract publicly available data from social media platforms into the company’s system.

2. Other Responsibilities

• Support other tasks and ad-hoc assignments as required by the team or manager.

REQUIREMENTS

Education:

• Third- or fourth-year university students, no specific major is required.
• Full-time availability for a 6-month internship from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM - 6:00 PM.

Skill:

• Good analytical and information synthesis skills.
• Comfortable working with computers and digital platforms.
• Careful, patient, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Strong sense of responsibility and self-discipline.

Experience:

• No prior experience is required.
• Training will be provided upon joining the company.
