We are looking for an HRBP Manager who will work in partnership with Business Heads and TA, EB, C&B, Admin teams to build, implement and develop DATA-DRIVEN PEOPLE STRATEGY to achieve BUSINESS OBJECTIVE of YOUNET GROUP. In this role, you will contribute your HR expertise, use data to guide your work, add value to business needs, and impact how work is done. As part of our HR Department, you will continue to focus on INNOVATION, OWNERSHIP and on the EMPLOYEE & CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE at YouNet Group.



Strategic Planning

  • Contribute and manage action plan regarding Staffing, Training, Promotion, Retention to achieve People strategy in company BSC plan

People Operations

  • Build and develop People Operations framework, including Culture, Process, Policy of company aligned with YouNet Group

People Consulting

  • Advise Director level and under regarding Staffing, Performance management, Labour legislation

Team Management

  • Promote and be a role model of HR Department Culture
  • Find, grow and keep HR members to deliver effective, complete HR support
  • Contribute and manage P&L of HR Team

Bachelor degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Economics or a relevant degree


  • 2+ years of experience as equivalent position in medium-size company (>250 staff)
  • Experience in IT & Technology or Market Research or Digital Marketing fields would be a big plus
