We are looking for a proactive HR Trainee who will assist Senior HR Generalist to work in partnership with Business Heads and TA, EB, C&B, Admin teams to build, implement and develop DATA-DRIVEN PEOPLE STRATEGY to achieve BUSINESS OBJECTIVE of YOUNET GROUP.
In this role, you will contribute your HR expertise, use data to guide your work, add value to business needs, and impact how work is done. As part of our HR Department, you will continue to focus on INNOVATION, OWNERSHIP and on the EMPLOYEE & CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE at YouNet Group.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
HR Operations
- Support onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Prepare employee documents and maintain personnel records.
- Assist in updating HR systems and internal databases.
- Support attendance, leave tracking, and employee information updates.
- Coordinate with Admin/IT related to onboarding preparation.
Recruitment & Staffing
- Support interview scheduling and candidate coordination.
- Assist in maintaining candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Support employer branding and recruitment activities.
- Assist TA team in recruitment operation tasks when needed.
Learning & Employee Engagement
- Support organizing onboarding sessions and internal training.
- Coordinate company engagement activities and internal events.
- Assist in employee communication and culture initiatives.
- Support collecting employee feedback and survey data.
Performance Management
- Support probation review and performance review processes.
- Assist in preparing performance review documents and follow-up tracking.
- Coordinate review schedules and support communication between HR and line managers.
- Support collecting and consolidating review feedback.
- Assist in updating performance tracking reports and review status.
HR Projects & Reporting Support
- Support preparing HR reports and presentations.
- Assist in HR process improvement initiatives.
- Support data collection and basic HR analytics tasks.
- Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
Education
- Bachelor‘s degree in HR Management, Laws, Business Administration, Economics or a relevant degree
Knowledge
- Basic understanding of HR concepts.
- Interest in HR Operations and Employee Experience.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Skill
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Having critical thinking skills to identify and solve problems proactively
- Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office is a plus
Experience
- Internship/part-time experience in HR
- Experience in Tech/Software industry is an advantage.
