RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support in resolving issues related to computer networks (LAN, WAN) and telephony systems (VoIP).

  • Assist with installation and deployment of end-user applications such as MS Office, Google Workspace, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Reader, Foxit, Unikey, etc.

  • Install user operating systems including MacOS, Windows, Linux/Ubuntu, etc.

  • Manage user accounts in the Active Directory system.

  • Maintain company-assigned assets and equipment, and update any changes promptly in the asset management system.

  • Propose purchases, replacements, inventories, and disposal of technological equipment, machines, and software for management approval.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • College or University degree in Information Technology or Telecommunications.

  • Over 1 year of experience in end-user support.

  • Experience in installing and troubleshooting multiple operating systems: Windows, MacOS, Linux (Redhat, Ubuntu, CentOS).

  • Optional:
    • Experience using IT Service Desk tools such as Jira, GLPI, ServiceNow, etc.

    • Proficient in office software: Google Workspace, Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Power BI, etc.

    • Experience in setting up camera systems and access control systems.

    • Experience in setting up LAN and WiFi Mesh networks.

    • Familiarity with AI tools that support work such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Grok, etc.

    • Possessing certifications like MCSA, CCNA, LP1, VCA/VCP is an advantage.
