RESPONSIBILITIES

• • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT team, define KPIs/OKRs and performance metrics for IT functions, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with business needs.
  • AI Strategy & Innovation: Identify opportunities to leverage AI to optimize team & business operations, improve user experience.
  • Oversee IT budgeting, cost control, and investment planning, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  • Establish and enforce IT governance frameworks, including policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal security requirements.
  • Oversee enterprise risk management (ERM) for IT, ensuring business continuity and disaster recovery (BCDR) readiness.
  • Define training programs and career development plans to upskill the IT workforce in line with industry trends.
  • Act as a technology advisor to the executive leadership team, providing insights on IT trends, security risks, and digital opportunities.
  • Manage company internal projects such as CRM, Intranet, HRM, internal projects for digital transformation.
  • Manage and maintain company IT policies and IT infrastructure: network, servers, virtualization, and all business software/ applications (Jira, Confluence, Social Intranet, Service).

REQUIREMENTS

• • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in IT field
  • 3+ years in IT leadership roles (e.g., IT Manager/Director, Head of IT, CIO, or equivalent) in
  • IT-related companies.
  • Good understanding of Generative AI, practical experience in workflow automation tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are required.
  • Proven experience in IT governance, compliance, and enterprise risk management (ERM).
  • Comprehensive understanding of network architecture and network security. Experience in managing internet traffic for a large number of users (>300) is required.
  • Experience in Virtualization technology and container-based technology is required.
  • Must be experienced in managing Virtualization Systems (VMware, Hyper-V, and Docker).
