ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Support BA in gathering data, analyzing data and supporting in business operation.

Gather Information (40%)

• • Simplify business processes by automating the gathering, analysis, and reporting of metrics

Analyze market research and industry research (40%)

• • Support market research to analyze market trends and perform competitor‘s analysis

Analyze customer behavior (20%)

• • Apply quantitative analysis, and statistics to understand and influence customer shopping behavior
  • Evaluate available data sources such as point-of- sale data, CRM data, actionable reporting

Benefit: Salary, 13th month salary
Promotion: BA or BI Senior
Report to: Business Analyst

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Experience

• • 1-2 years experience in related field
  • Market Research

Knowledge

• • Market Size Caculation, Statistic Methods

Skills

• • Microsoft Office (Especially: Excel)
  • Good English skill (Writing & Reading)
  • Google Studio or BI Tools (Nice to have)
