ABOUT THE JOB

We‘re seeking a sharp, strategically-minded Marketing Manager who possesses a strong grasp of B2B marketing principles alongside an exceptional eye for execution detail. 

This role is responsible for elevating and safeguarding our brand positioning, directly empowering the Sales team through robust lead generation, driving high team performance, and pioneering the integration of AI technologies to accelerate marketing impact.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Branding & Market Positioning (40%) 

    • Formulate and execute the comprehensive marketing strategy to solidify and sustain YouNet’ status as the "The leading social media & Ecommerce research powering Marketing Systerms" in the market.
    • Maintain brand consistency and integrity across all touchpoints (Website, Social Media, PR, Events, and Professional Publications).
    • Direct, proofread, and strictly control the quality of all content, ensuring high technical accuracy regarding research concepts, zero typographical errors, and meticulous adherence to color palettes, layouts, and brand guidelines.
    • Spearhead major industry events, specialized webinars/seminars, and periodic PR campaigns to elevate thought leadership among marketers and corporate clients.
Lead Generation & Sales Support (30%) 
    • Design, deploy, and optimize data-driven B2B lead generation campaigns to funnel high-quality prospects to the Sales team.
    • Apply classic B2B marketing frameworks flexibly while remaining open-minded to maximize conversion funnel efficiency from Awareness to Acquisition.
    • Partner closely with the Sales Team to produce high-impact sales enablement assets (Sales kits,
    • Credentials, Case studies, and Sample research reports) polished down to the finest detail.
    • Track, analyze, and report inbound/outbound channel performance regularly using advanced analytics tools to optimize acquisition costs (CPL/CPA).
Leadership & Team Management (20%) 
    • Manage, mentor, and inspire the internal marketing team (Content, Design, Digital, etc.) to achieve departmental milestones.
    • Establish clear, measurable performance goals (KPIs/OKRs), allocate tasks efficiently, and closely monitor project timelines.
    • Cultivate a structured workflow that fosters accountability, discipline, and rigorous quality control before any marketing asset goes live.
    • Conduct periodic performance evaluations, identify talent potential, and facilitate professional training for team members.
AI Integration & Innovation (10%) 
    • Deeply research and passionately integrate artificial intelligence (AI tools) into the daily marketing workflow (from content optimization, automated nurturing funnels, and data analytics to asset creation).
    • Test and integrate emerging marketing technologies to drive operational efficiency, minimize campaign execution time, and maximize output quality.
    • Upskill and guide the team in leveraging AI, creating a distinct competitive advantage built on top of Buzzmetrics‘ native technological strengths.

 

REQUIREMENTS

Education/ Knowledge
    • Robust understanding of B2B marketing mechanics and the Market Research / Social Listening ecosystem to effectively target enterprise-level decision-makers.
    • Master of classic marketing frameworks, coupled with an open-minded attitude that avoids rigid formulas and embraces agile experimentation.
Skill
    • Management & Execution Competency: 
          +  Sharp strategic thinking (ability to construct macro-level plans, establish clear directions, and oversee the bigger picture).
          +  Exceptional attention to detail: Maintains an uncompromisingly high standard for design aesthetics, color harmony, syntax, spelling, and the overall structural polish of marketing collateral.
    • Technological Edge: Deep passion for and fluency in current AI technologies; proactive in deploying AI solutions to re-engineer workflows and maximize department efficiency.
    • Soft Skills: Proven leadership capability, articulate communication, and sharp critical thinking; adept at cross-functional alignment—particularly with the Sales division.
Experience
    • At least 5 years of progressive marketing experience, with 1–3 years of experience leading a team or managing direct reports.
    • Background within top-tier Agencies, Market Research companies, SaaS, or B2B Tech environments is highly preferred.
