RESPONSIBILITIES

 Operations (50%)

    • Enhancing, and innovating business/internal processes to achieve sustainable organizational growth of the company.
    • Improving and monitoring the organization’s performance reporting & tracking systems.
    • Co-develop co-pitching process and policy of YNMS
    • Enhance client satisfaction evaluation process
    • Marketing: Finalize Company Marketing Plan. Personal Branding for Fanscom
    • Increase the employee production rate efficiency. 

People Management (40%)

    • Co-build, implement and develop a data-driven people strategy with the HR Department to achieve the company‘s business objective.
    • Provide high-level input to inform staffing decisions related to growth, performance, and accountability.
    • Support to enhance and develop People Operations framework, including Culture, Process, and Policy of companies aligned with YouNet Group to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness with the HR Department.
    • Influence all employees by leadership management (Mindful  and diversified way of communication to drive the results: for company, for self).

Financial (10%)

    • Support manage project margin, cashflow, leads of the company
    • Retaining constant awareness of the company’s financial position and BU‘s financial position and acting to prevent problems

 Work Relation:

    • Internal: All Department in Fanscom (Account, Creative, Social), Managing Director
    • External: Stakeholders in YouNet Group (HR, TA, Admin, IT, F&A), Marketing Services Agency (Mango Digital, YouNet AM, Buzzmetric, YouNet Media,...)

Promotion: Senior Operations Manager/Operations Director
Report to: Managing Director

 

REQUIREMENT:

    • Proven experience as Account Manager/Operations Manager or other managerial position
    • Experienced with digital product and digital marketing
    • Thorough knowledge of market changes and forces that influence the company
    • Strong understanding of corporate finance and measures of performance
    • Familiarity with corporate law and management best practices
    • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
    • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
