ABOUT THE JOB
This Trainee Program aims to identify and develop promising research talents, equipping them with research and analytical skills, with effective collaboration techniques.
We are looking for promising Social Insight Trainees who are analytically sharp, articulate communicators, and passionate about building a long-term career in market research.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an aspiring Insight Expert to kick-start their career with a leading force in the Social Media Research industry. Sitting within our Consumer Insight team, you will play a pivotal role in decoding consumer behavior. You will have the chance to uncover the beauty of data, derive inspiring insights, and explore the underlying psychology of consumers - finding the "reasons behind the reasons."

RESPONSIBILITIES
Data Analysis & Reporting (60%)

- Lead the execution of marketing research studies by compiling and analyzing study results into actionable reports, data-based conclusions, and recommendations in concise presentations.
- Propose meaningful insights from consumer behaviors/ brand and campaign performance/ hot topics/trends to support client strategies.
Support Senior staff in managing and executing internal initiatives and always-on client projects:

- Independently manage and execute internal and client projects, ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Drive projects to successful completion, delivering high-quality outputs on time and strictly within scope.

- Shadow Senior staff in client servicing and observe end-to-end project execution.
- Join online/offline meetings (if required) and summarize meeting details for attendees.

- Provide "in office" research, administrative and operational support to senior staff.
- Taking part in team/ company‘s culture contribution such as internal activities, team building, training, competition.
REQUIREMENTS
Education/ Knowledge

- Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related fields.
- Experience or basic knowledge in Market Research is an advantage.

- Good sense of numeric and logical thinking
- Good written and verbal English skills
- Good communication
- Problem solving is a plus

- No work experience required. If you have experience related to Economics (priority in Marketing) is an advantage.
- Unrelated but complementary work experience: participating in student group activities, social work... to practice communication skills, time management, and ability to withstand pressure.
- Have experience participating in scientific research.
