ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Solution Design and Consulting (60%)

    • Advising clients throughout the consultation process.
    • Determining client‘s business needs and identifying weaknesses.
    • Service packaging & present the proposals.
    • Turning prospects into leads and then convert those leads into customers.

Leadership (30%)

    • Build and coach high-performing team members as required
    • Assist in the training of junior team members

Implementation process (10%)

    • Collaborate with the Content & Account team in the development of strategic roadmaps
    • Monitor implementation to ensure quality and in line with the strategy outlined

 

Report to: Managing Director

Promotion: Consulting & Strategic Senior Manager/Director, Managing Director

 

REQUIREMENTS

Education

    • Bachelor‘s degree in economy, marketing, business

Knowledge

    • Business English
    • Advanced Marketing Mix
    • Social Media Marketing

Skill

    • Business analytical thinking
    • Strategic & critical thinking
    • High communication & negotiation skill
    • Advanced Business English

Experience

    • Minimum of 5-year experience in the industry
    • Mindset/Attitude
