We are looking for an IT Business Analyst to join our team!

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Join requirement sessions with stakeholders to understand the business context and clarify needs.
  • Break needs down into flows, business rules and edge cases. Use data (SQL, Excel/Google Sheets/Monitoring Dashboard) to verify metrics and find root causes.
  • Write and maintain functional specifications: business rules, edge cases, UX requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria, dependencies and impact analysis. Keep the shared glossary / product context up to date.
  • Build prototypes with AI tools or Figma to show user flows, and keep them in sync with the specifications.
  • Resolve review findings on your specifications before handing them off to the development team.
  • Work directly with development team (Data, App, AI, QC, Support): communicate requirements, answer questions during the sprint and update specifications from their feedback.
  • Join backlog refinement, track the progress of assigned tasks and check sprint output against the requirements.
  • Use AI in daily work following the team's AI workflow, review AI output before using it, and give feedback on prompts and templates.

REQUIREMENTS

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in any major. IT, Information Systems, Business or Data is a plus.

Skill

  • Requirement analysis: breaks an unclear request down into flows, business rules and edge cases. Ask questions to find the root cause.
  • Stakeholder & communication: works directly with business stakeholders, Dev and QC to clarify, confirm and communicate requirements. Follow up on open questions until they are resolved.
  • Facilitation, negotiation and problem resolution skills.
  • Writes clear, well-structured requirement documents.
  • Data: SQL and Excel/Google Sheets to check and analyze data. Measures feature results after release.
  • Technical understanding: knows how a web product works (frontend, backend, API, database) and can read a data model. Coding is not required.
  • Prototyping: builds prototypes with AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, v0, Lovable, Bolt) or Figma to present and validate user flows.
  • AI-native working: uses AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, etc.) in daily BA work for real deliverables. Gives AI proper context: source documents, templates, glossary, constraints.
  • AI output review: checks AI output against the source. Flags missing information and does not let AI invent business rules or numbers.

Experience

  • 1–3 years as a Business Analyst, or in a related role (QC, Data Analyst, PO Assistant) where you wrote requirements for software products.
  • Has written user stories, acceptance criteria and business rules that Dev and QC actually used.
  • Has worked in an Agile/Scrum team and joined backlog refinement and sprint activities.
  • Open to working in an AI-first process, where the BA leads the conversation with AI and approves each step before moving on.

Strong plus

  • Hands-on with AI agent tools in an editor (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Copilot Agent).
  • Has built reusable prompts, templates or custom assistants (Custom GPTs, Claude Projects/Skills, Gems) for a team process.
  • Has worked on AI/LLM product features: classification, labeling ground truth, measuring accuracy.

Plus

  • Comfortable with Markdown, Git and a docs-as-code workflow.
  • Gherkin (Given/When/Then) for acceptance criteria.
  • Domain knowledge in social media, social listening, marketing analytics or e-commerce data.
  • Python for data analysis.

Optional

  • Share one example of how you used AI in a BA deliverable: what you asked AI to do, what you checked or corrected, and the final result.
  • Share a demo of your work if possible, such as a prototype, a specification or a portfolio link.

Location: 2nd Floor, Lu Gia Plaza, 70 Lu Gia, Phu Tho Ward, HCMC
