We‘re looking for a Senior Account Executive. Who takes responsibility for serving clients with the greatest satisfaction to keep and expand the business. He/ She will work closely with clients to understand their expectations for the projects, then communicate with internal teams and vendors/ suppliers to ensure the final works will meet the client‘s requirements.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Act as a “gatekeeper” for quality control. Involve communication in whole internal and external meetings from the beginning steps until the campaign ends.
- Project execution and management: receive briefs and work with functional teams or seek out suitable resources.
- Raise Profit & Loss (PnL) & manage the whole project for at least 01 key clients & 02 - 03 SME clients at same time.
- Participate and contribute to strategic/social planning, creative development through market/ competitor reviews and research support for internal team.
- Daily/weekly contact with the client on project WIP & reports.
- Prepare reports for internal teams. Do market and competitor reviews (if any)
- Manage and negotiate with suppliers, contractors, and vendors.
- Other tasks assigned by the Account Manager/ Account Head.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ ABILITIES

- Passionate in the Marketing and Advertising industry.
- MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
- Have at least 2- 3 years of agency working experience in all areas of Social, IMC, marketing.
- Have a strong experience/ background in social/production agencies.
- Have knowledge in Marketing, Digital, Communication.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Digital Marketing/Communications or related fields.
