ABOUT THE JOB

Employer Branding at YouNet goes beyond campaigns and content. We build the employee experience, culture, and internal communication systems that help people understand where YouNet is heading, connect with how we work, and contribute to the Group’s growth.

As a Senior Culture & Employee Engagement Executive, you will turn business priorities and cultural values  into clear communication, meaningful employee experiences, and scalable engagement practices across the Group.

Working closely with the Line Manager, you will own initiatives end-to-end, from planning and problem-solving to execution, measurement, and continuous improvement while helping build practical systems that make our work more consistent and scalable across YouNet.


RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Internal Communication

  • Own the Group internal communication calendar and key communication workstreams.
  • Translate business, HR, and organizational priorities into clear, relevant, and engaging employee communication.
  •  Develop communication plans, key messages, content, and channel execution across relevant internal platforms.
  •  Ensure communication consistently reflects YouNet’s brand voice, cultural values, and communication standards.
  • Develop compelling copy and clear visual briefs, working closely with creative/design partners when needed.
  • Monitor channel health and communication performance, using feedback and data to continuously improve content and delivery.
  • Identify communication gaps and proactively recommend solutions to improve employee understanding and engagement.

2. Culture & Employee Engagement

  • Own the end-to-end execution of Group-wide culture and employee engagement initiatives, from concept and narrative to execution and post-program evaluation.
  • Translate YouNet’s cultural principles and values into practical employee experiences and everyday touchpoints.
  • Directly manage project plans, timelines, stakeholders, and execution details to ensure quality and consistency, while coordinating vendors and budgets closely with the Admin team for efficient allocation and optimization.
  • Partner with HR teams and local focal points across subsidiaries to connect Group-level direction with local employee needs.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and execution gaps early, and proactively drive solutions.
  • Measure program effectiveness through participation, feedback, engagement data, and qualitative insights; translate learnings into improvements for future initiatives.
  • Act as a culture role model, demonstrating ownership, collaboration, integrity  and a solution-oriented mindset in daily work.

3. Systems, Process & AI Enablement:

  • Identify opportunities to make internal communication and engagement work more structured, efficient, and repeatable.
  • Develop and maintain practical templates, toolkits, checklists, playbooks, and workflows that improve team execution and consistency across the Group.
  • Proactively explore and apply AI and digital tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, and workflow automation tools to support research, planning, content development, analysis, and productivity.
  • Share learnings and successful practices to strengthen the overall capability of the EB team.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Internal Communications, Employee Engagement, Corporate Culture, Employer Branding, or related fields.
  • Proven experience owning projects end-to-end, from planning and stakeholder alignment to execution, measurement, and optimization.
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and/or multi-entity organizations is highly preferred.
  • Experience supporting organizations with 450+ employees or complex stakeholder environments is a strong advantage.
  • A portfolio demonstrating work in Internal Communications, Culture, Employee Engagement, Employer Branding, or Events is highly encouraged.

Skills

  • Strong planning, communication/event project management, attention to detail, and ability to connect activities with clear objectives and outcomes.
  • Strong writing and communication skills to simplify complex topics into clear, engaging messages, supported by a strong visual sense for developing creative briefs and collaborating with design partners.
  • Clear, professional, and collaborative communication to work effectively with HR teams, business leaders, subsidiary stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Strong ownership and a “Make Things Happen” mindset, proactively identifying risks, solving problems, and driving work to completion independently.
  • Comfortable using data, feedback, AI, and digital tools to improve communication, engagement, and ways of working, with a curious and adaptable approach to building scalable practices.
  • Strong understanding of employee engagement, organizational culture, and employee experience, combined with a collaborative, disciplined, transparent, and responsible mindset
