ROLE PURPOSE
Lead Client Partnership function to maximize long-term value from existing clients by driving account growth, ensuring service excellence and building a stronger, healthier business operation over time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Client Growth & Account Management
Own overall health and growth of existing client portfolio.
Drive growth across:

- Retention and renewal
- Upsell opportunities
- Strategic account development.

2. Team Leadership
Lead and coach Client Partnership team to strengthen account ownership, business capability and execution quality
Support team in handling complex client situations and critical business cases.
3. Service Quality & Delivery Management
Ensure consistently strong service quality across all managed accounts
Work closely with internal teams to resolve delivery issues and maintain execution quality
Monitor client satisfaction and identify potential business risks.
4. Process & Operational Improvement
Continuously improve service standards, internal processes and team effectiveness to support sustainable business growth.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Experience
-
-
10+ years in Client Service, Account Management, Customer Success or related client-facing commercial roles

At least 4 years of team management experience
-
Strong track record managing key accounts and growing revenue from existing clients

Experience working in fast-moving, service-driven or consulting environments.
